At the heart of the project is a vibrant central courtyard designed as a shared gathering space for daily use, outdoor coffee seating, and live performances. The courtyard combines a raised terrace with shaded seating and flexible gathering areas alongside organic gravel pathways, planting beds, and intimate seating nooks, all connected by a central fire pit.
